The Rural Spinal Cord Injury Service aims to address the ongoing needs of people with spinal cord injury, following discharge from hospital. Services include assisting with transition from hospital to home, assisting with health issues as they arise, providing education and facilitating community participation. They can also provide practical information and referral including accessible accommodation, leisure and sport options, specialist equipment and social support.
