The Rural Spinal Cord Injury Service aims to address the ongoing needs of people with spinal cord injury, following discharge from hospital. Services include assisting with transition from hospital to home, assisting with health issues as they arise, providing education and facilitating community participation. The Spinal Outreach Team (SPOT) supports people affected by spinal cord injury throughout Queensland. As part of its early intervention program, SPOT provides a post-discharge follow-up service for people who have been in the Queensland Spinal Injuries Unit. More

The Transitional Rehabilitation Program (TRP) is an award winning, innovative program which assists people affected by spinal cord injury in the transition from hospital rehabilitation to community living. More

The North Queensland Spinal Service (NQSS) assists people with spinal cord injury in North Queensland including Papua New Guinea and Thursday Island. More

The Queensland Spinal Cord Injury Service offers a peer support program for newly injured individuals and their familes. More

The Spinal Injuries Association offers peer support, Personal Support Plus (PSP) and a Spinal Advisory Service (SAS, and Equipment Loan have staff who coordinate and deliver a service out of both Brisbane and Townsville offices. More

AQA Victoria's services include personal care and community access (such as support to attend or participate in any activity or event including shopping, banking, medical appointments, going to work, recreational activities). They can also provide practical information and referral including accessible accommodation, leisure and sport options, specialist equipment and social support. AQA Peer Support Service provides support to people facing life after spinal cord injury. More

ELBA provides support services to enable members to live in their own homes with independence and dignity. More

Dreamfit is dedicated to developing innovations to help people with disabilities get the most out of life and access what they love doing (eg boating, motorbike riding, solving a technological problem at home, etc). More
